We provided relevant education through full scholarships for cabin crew positions to young people from various regions of the country. Of these, 60% were teenage parents, and 93% came from socioeconomic strata 1 and 2.
Notable results: this program trained beneficiaries in both soft and technical skills; it included over 400 hours of training and guaranteed employment contracts of at least 2 years with Viva Airlines for all 17 graduates.
This initiative is part of our Impact Investment and Social Investment strategy and significantly contributes to Social Impact and Community Investment. We achieved a 130% increase in their salaries during their time with Viva.
