Through the comprehensive provision of health services (mental, emotional, and physical) to 100% of the youth and quality education (basic, vocational, and supplementary) with over 1,296 hours per year, we achieved formal labor market integration, reducing informality by 90%. This transformed the young women into emotionally and economically independent individuals, thereby halting the intergenerational transmission of poverty. This strategy is part of a Strategic Philanthropy approach aimed at maximizing economic impact and generating sustainable development benefits for both individuals and society as a whole.
Project active from 2021 to 2023.
