Throughout our history, we have worked tirelessly to fulfill our mission of transforming lives and generating a positive social impact. Thanks to the collaboration with partners and the efforts of the entire team, we have reached important milestones that drive us forward.

United for change

With 20 strategic allies, more than 53,000 benefited people in 16 regions of the country. Each one of them has been essential in advancing toward a more equitable and sustainable future.

We have proven that collective work is fundamental to generate real change and that is why strengthening social organizations has been one of our priorities. This year we dedicated 260 hours to strategic consulting, supporting 18 leaders of different organizations in areas such as finance, communications, leadership and impact measurement. The goal is for these organizations to become more sustainable and effective in their social work.

Art and culture as engines of well-being

At ONE, we firmly believe that artistic spaces are essential tools for social transformation, which is why we have supported 200 cultural activities that have benefited 16,000 attendees and 1,300 artists, 90% of whom are independent.

Making a difference

This year we promoted projects that reflect our commitment to triple impact: social, environmental and economic. Some of our most outstanding achievements:

  • In collaboration with the Granitos de Paz Foundation, we trained 30 families in the production of Clitoria Ternatea, a crop with great commercial potential. We also strengthened the Learning Center in Cartagena, benefiting 1,416 young people and 107 senior citizens.
  • With El Balcón de los Artistas, we supported an inclusive tourism program in the Manrique neighborhood of Medellín and strengthened cultural spaces such as La Pascasia, doubling its seating capacity.
  • We launched OneForest, a mobile barismo school that trains young people in vulnerable conditions, and we supported 53 high-impact leaders throughout the country thanks to our collaboration with the Origen Network.
  • We consolidated 3D prosthesis technologies for people with special needs throughout the country with Corporación Humanos 3D. In addition, in partnership with UNHCR, we facilitated the socioeconomic integration of 3,191 migrants and refugees.
  • Together with the Valórate Foundation, we increased the capacity of care and training for vulnerable children and achieved a 120% increase in job opportunities for post-sentenced women. We also created with the PAN Corporation a center for pregnant women in vulnerable situations, offering socio-emotional training and comprehensive support.
  • Through alliances with Q’hubo and the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, we supported 1,700 enterprises with high quality professional training; and with the 1% Club we strengthened a project that provides basic monthly income to women in extreme poverty in Medellín to improve their quality of life.
  • With Animal Bank, we developed an ecotourism model with indigenous communities in Los Flamencos Park, and with Presentes Corporación, we trained young people in risk management.
  • We promoted the democratization of culture with the Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín, the Fundación 1+1 and the Ballet Metropolitano de Medellín. Together we achieved more than 5,000 attendances at different ballet events, concerts and screenings. In addition, we reached Chocó for the first time in alliance with Motete Cultural to promote reading, impacting more than 13,000 people.
  • We participated in Impulso Joven Because Youth Matter of UNESCO, Nestlé and Social Lab in Argentina, standing out in the mental health and wellness category for our contribution to the Human 3D mobile clinics project.
  • We launched the first call for projects with triple impact and now we are allied with five more organizations whose results we will see in the coming months.

This first year represents the beginning of a new chapter in our history. We remain committed to sustainable development and transforming lives. Today, more than ever, we reaffirm that We Are All One and we will continue to build a better world together.
